"You'll have to tell us about it," Grain says, looking somewhere between curious and wary. "These missions, and your captors, and how you met. Since I'm sure Stone won't tell us much."
Stone rumbles, a sound that might be threatening if not for the amused angle of his mouth. Grain gives that expression a wary look, too.
The flight is over quickly, though, as Stone swings his feet down to grab a balcony and cups his wings to slow and land. Gale and Grain he sets down before shifting, the Arbora coming down behind them along the wall. A pair of Arbora inside the room beyond look up, startled, and stare unabashedly at Gale.
"That's Heart and Merit," Stone says, once he can talk properly again. "The Chief mentor and her second."
