"I just got here, and I don't have a home to run to," Stone answers, though he does get up from the bench he'd been sitting on and starts considering places to get inside. This is not looking like a particularly safe place to loiter, with guards and wild magic, and statues that could well once have been people. Not really a thing in his world, but he's seen enough other worlds to know magic can do some very strange things.
Because the groundling seems helpful, even if he's probably stating the obvious, he adds, "I wouldn't turn down advice on where else I could run, though."
